Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SubDyL Watch app and website ("SubDyL", "we", "us"), operated by MWL Applications. By creating an account or using SubDyL you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SubDyL.

1. Who can use SubDyL

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area). You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Your content

You own the photos, captions and comments you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content inside SubDyL so that other members can see it. You can delete your posts and comments at any time, and deleting your account removes all of your content.

Only post photos you took or have permission to use. Do not post other people's personal information.

3. Community rules (zero tolerance)

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or send anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or hates on any person or group;
• is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm;
• advertises counterfeit or stolen watches, or facilitates fraud;
• is spam, a scam, malware, or unsolicited commercial advertising;
• impersonates another person, brand or dealer;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• breaks any applicable law.

Every post and comment has a Report option and every member can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break them, without notice, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

4. Marketplace, market data and dealer information

SubDyL aggregates listings, news and dealer locations published by third parties and shows estimated secondary-market prices compiled from public listings. These are for information only. We are not a party to any sale, do not verify listings, dealers or sellers, and give no financial or investment advice. Always verify a watch and a seller yourself before you pay.

5. Third-party content

News articles, videos and forum posts in the Feed belong to their publishers and are shown with a link to the original source. Trademarks such as Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe and others belong to their owners. SubDyL is not affiliated with or endorsed by any watch brand.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SubDyL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWL Applications is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a purchase or sale you make with a third party. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to USD 50.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
